  4. They market your cottage and arrange all the reservations

  6. They maintain it.
  7. They pay the utility bills and the taxe d'habitation (council tax)
  8. They insure the buildings and contents.
  9. They pay the co-ownership charges (like a residents' association).
  10. They do all the work and take all the hassle.
  11. They worry about void periods - you get paid regardless.
  12. All you pay is Tax Fonciere (land tax) of around €15 per square metre per year.
